Music Magic USA Policies

KEYBOARDS/MIDI MODULES
Music Magic USA  sells factory fresh merchandise at the lowest prices we can allow and still stay in business. In order to maintain the maximum value for our customers, we will not accept returns on non-defective merchandise. Defective merchandise may be exchanged by notifying Music Magic USA  within seven days of receipt. On occasion, we may be able to offer a mint condition demo for which we would be able to extend a 5-day return or exchange policy. Such demo returns would credit the full purchase price minus shipping & handling costs.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Music Magic USA . A 15% restocking charge will be imposed on any unauthorized returns.

Of course, if there should ever be any problems with the operation of your musical instrument, please contact us immediately and we will assist you to make sure you receive prompt factory authorized service. SOLTON products carry a full 1year parts and labor SOLTON USA warranty. FARFISA products carry a 1 year parts/90 days labor FARFISA distributor's warranty.

ACCORDIONS
Music Magic USA 's goal is to provide the right quality accordion to every valued customer at an affordable price. Our business structure and philosophy is one of full disclosure, honesty, quality, value and customer appreciation. We are able to provide the lowest pricing on accordions due to our low overhead costs, lean inventory, unique arrangements with our suppliers and powerful marketing strategy. In order to ensure our continued ability to maintain low pricing, Music Magic USA  has the following accordion purchase policy:

New Accordions - Music Magic USA  sells accordions sourced in one of several ways. Our sales policy depends upon the sourcing of the accordion being purchased.

• Music Magic USA  directly imports and/or distributes certain brands from Italy. These accordions can be custom ordered with a 30% deposit via check. Balance is payable via certified check or credit card prior to final delivery. This deposit is non-refundable. If an accordion is being purchased from Music Magic USA 's inventory, then it carries Music Magic USA 's liberal 5-day return privilege where a refund for the full purchase price (excluding domestic shipping) will be made. If the accordion is exchanged for another model or if the customer decides to custom order another accordion instead, then the shipping charges will also be refunded.
• Music Magic USA  deals with domestic distributors in selling certain accordion brands. In this case, the return policy will depend on the arrangements made between Music Magic USA  and a particular distributor.

Used Accordions - Music Magic USA  sells used accordions from its own as well as distributors' inventories. We also sell on a consignment basis for our valued customers and even place classified ads where the buyer can deal directly with the seller. All used accordions sold by Music Magic USA  from its own or any distributor's inventory carries Music Magic USA 's liberal 10-day return privilege. Consignments and direct classified ads may or may not come with this or any other return privilege. In all cases, the particular details of any return policies can be obtained from Music Magic USA  by making a phone or e-mail inquiry.
